James Gentle. James has a passion for helping teams work at their best. He is an innovative team coach and facilitator, who encourages people to think differently about their own development. He brings his wealth of marketing and business experience to his work, alongside his training in psychometric instruments.
Howard Atkins. Howard is a Boeing 737 simulator instructor, who has also been a leadership consultant for almost 30 years, working for organisations such as Ashridge Executive Education. He is particularly interested in bringing lessons from aviation into the board room, and in helping teams to focus on the real issues.
